1. Does Epiclyshop ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world. Due to COVID-19, shipments to some countries have been prohibited. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

Now we ship to the following countries:

North America

United States, Canada, Mexico

Oceania

Australia, New Zealand

Europe

United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, 

Denmark, Norway, Poland, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland,

Sweden, Switzerland,Belgium, Croatia,  Czech Republic,

Luxembourg, Netherlands, Estonia, Latvia,

Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia.

Asia

Japan, Singapore


2. How much does shipping cost?

You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$49.99. Otherwise, it costs US$3.99.

If you need express shipping, you could choose it at checkout, which costs US$19.99 (not available at the moment).


3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)

Processing Time: 3-7 business days

Standard Shipping Time: 8-20 business days


To orders outside of the US, Canada and Europe we send orders via China Post Air Mail and they will be handed over to your countries mail service to deliver to you.

These orders usually take a bit longer due to customs between different countries.

SHIPPING TIME: 20-40 business days




4. Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.


5. Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different warehouses, different tracking number will be provided.


6. What if I entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at [email protected] within 24 hours. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.


7. Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:

1). Items are in various global warehouses.

2). Hot-sale items need additional preparation time.

3). Weight or size limit of customs or courier.

You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.


To confirm, please check the order details via 'My Orders'. We apologize for any inconvenience.


8. Shipping Address Notice

The P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO)can not be delivered. For the US territories, please leave a note when you place an order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.
